Terms of Service
These Terms are maintained by the Insight Groove app owner and describe the rules for using the Insight Groove dashboard. They are not legal advice.
Effective date
These Terms are effective as of July 13, 2026. The app owner may update this page from time to time; updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
Who we are
Insight Groove is a social media analytics dashboard operated by Insight Groove LLC, based in Nairobi, Kenya (the "app owner", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Insight Groove lets you connect social profiles (Meta, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads) to view analytics, generate reports, and manage content. Access to connected platforms is governed by each platform's own terms; you must have the right to connect any profile you link.
Pricing
Insight Groove is currently offered free of charge. The app owner may introduce paid plans in the future; if that happens, pricing and billing terms will be presented before any charge and these Terms will be updated.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law or third-party right.
Content and platform data
Data pulled from connected social platforms belongs to you or to the respective platform, as applicable. You grant the app owner a limited right to process this data solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring your use of platform data complies with each platform's developer and user terms.
Termination and data deletion
You can disconnect any social account from the dashboard at any time, or request full account deletion from the Data Deletion page. The app owner may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
